Hula canoola
Comcast held their own cute little version of the Olympics today, and I decided to participate. Knowing that one of my personal strengths includes hula-hooping, I decided that that would be the direction for me to go. After I completed the required 10 minutes of prelims, I made it into the finals. This would be a hula-off between me and some hoodlum we got off the streets (just kidding, he works there ). After much persistence and perspiration, I won. The grand time?? Two straight hours. Yes, you saw it right. 120 big ones. The crowd was cheering and flowers were thrown as I beat at my chest and pumped my fists in the air. Along with the well earned glory, I received a $30gas gift card, and two luscious Milky Ways. Although I feel a tinge of shame for spending two hours whipping a plastic ring around my waist, I am proud to say that I have become a hero to hula hoopers around the world. Look out, Michael Phelps, here I come.

Clear and Comcastic

I was at Clear Channel today promoting a Comcast event at UNM on the Buck and Dex show. Since I planned the event during my internship there, I volunteered to represent. Tiffany (a lady) and I waited foran hour prepping about everything we were going to say, and finally Buck came out. Tiffany says that usually they put on a commercial break and tell you what to do, but that didn’t happen. He brought us into the room and literally started. I didn’t know what I was doing. I struggled with my words and got really distracted by a button that said “cough” on it. I got it done thought and that was good. It turns out Dex is a Christian and I got to talk to him about his interview at the 02 experience. Overall, I say it was a job well done. http://abqmedia.com/comcast

According to ChaCha who so kindly gave me her time, a blog is a“personal online journal that is frequently updated and intended for general public consumption.” I know what you’re wondering. What ever happened to the good old journals? The ones that you can hold close and open with a secret key?? Well, my friend, those are gone. Good days are O V E R. Back when I was a kid, d
